Around election time, my partner Maddie and I were contacted by a self-described “Illuminati” of advertising to make some promotional videos. Their goal was to get Americans to return to what once made this country great.

That was a challenge for us, since we argued that for some (most?), this country has never been great.

That said, we agreed that there are some things that feel innately “American.” With that in mind, we made this faux tourism campaign. Not to revisit places we love, but values we should all hold.
