During the pandemic, some friends and I started our own agency to support junior level talent, appropriately named The Inturnship. We helped 200+ people get entry level jobs, and made some pretty cool work while we were at it. Pretty rad.

I helped run client accounts, led our proactive creative team, oversaw our social feed, and coordinated mentor outreach.
